We have an order form on our website which you need to use. Click the “Order now” button. The form has several fields for you to fill out that will provide the details of the product or service you need. These will include the type of product, the topic, your academic level, specific resources and number of resources if required, number of pages, citation format, deadline date, and any other specific instructions that your writer should know.

Once the order is submitted, we analyze it and find the perfect writer for the project. Should you have any issues filling out the form, please, contact our support.

Depending on the assignment type, its length, and the chosen academic level, the time needed for completing an order may vary from several hours to months (for dissertations). Essays, case studies, research papers are usually delivered within a few days unless other was agreed with your writer. 

Once you have filled out the order form, you will be given a final price. This is the time to make payment. We work with all the standard payment systems.

Please note that we cannot process your order or assign a writer until the payment is made.

We have a long and involved process in hiring writers. They are freelancers, though, to come to work for us they have to do the following:

• Provide all of their academic credentials, those are verified

• Take an exam on English grammar and composition, geared to formal and scholastic writing

• Create an original piece of writing on a topic we give them

Only when we are certain that the writer is qualified do we take them on.

We assign writers to orders based on their degrees and levels of degrees, matched with the customer order.

Absolutely. We never store financial information. We use a third-party payment processor that is certified and used by many other online retailers. When you register with us, your personal information is encrypted and you are assigned an ID number. Even your writer does not know your name.

All customer information is heavily protected, and it is never shared with any third party. No one will know you are using our service.

We have a policy that guarantees that you can ask for a revision to a finished product if you are not satisfied. Please, contact our support department within 14 days after completion of your order. For more details, please, read our revisions policy.

We have a money-back guarantee policy which you should read. In short, there are situations when partial or full refunds are given – if you cancel an order, if an emergency on our end delays completion if your deadline is missed if your instructions have not been followed, and so on. At other times, we give customers a credit toward their next order. 

All of our writers are legally bound to start each order from scratch. And when an order is finished, it is sent to our editing staff to be checked. We scan it for plagiarism in that process. You will not receive a piece of writing that has been plagiarized – not ever.
